Accept

Unworn tagged shirts, unhemmed pants, intact jackets.

Refuse

Washed, outdoor, odor, collar makeup, final sale, late change-of-mind.

Inspection

We open returns in the order they arrive at 148 MARCHEETA WAY, LEANDER, TX 78641. If the piece fails the unused/tag rule, we email photos and either ship it back or, if you ask, dispose of it. No silent restocking of a worn garment.

How long a refund takes to show

Once we approve, the card processor usually posts in 5–10 business days. Your bank may add a day or two. We do not refund to a different card or to cash.

Advertising claim

The 30-day RMA window, free outbound U.S. shipping, and “unused with tags” rule are the same claims we would enter in Google Merchant Center for Lopes Closet.
